A previous Google executive has submitted a lawsuit alleging that he was fired after his superior-ranking woman boss groped him.
Ryan Olohan, 48, promises that he was fired just after just one of the Major Tech giant’s most substantial ranking executives, Tiffany Miller, director of Google’s programmatic media, groped him at a Chelsea cafe in December 2019.
Olohan statements that Miller instructed him that she “knew he liked Asian women” and rubbed his ab muscles even though boasting that her relationship “lacked spice.”

Olohan is a married father of seven and rejected Miller’s improvements, according to his complaint.
Instead, Olohan noted the alleged incident to Google’s human resources department the pursuing week, but never heard back from them.
The HR representative “openly admitted … that if the grievance was ‘in reverse’ — a female accusing a white male of harassment — the grievance would undoubtedly be escalated,” according to the lawsuit.
“The retaliation allegedly ongoing at a Google-hosted party in December 2021 in which Miller drunkenly admonished Olohan in front of his colleagues.
